Dawning Filters is a South African company that has grown through offering its customers the best solutions to their filtration needs and problems, backed up with after sales service. We source our products and raw material requirements both locally and internationally. We represent a number of international manufacturers and suppliers of filter products and technical textiles. We have a manufacturing facility in Durban where we manufacture filters for liquid/wet applications to complement our imported range of filters as well as manufacturing filters for dust applications.

We have a sales and distribution office in Johannesburg to service Gauteng customers.

LIQUID/WET FILTRATION

We specialise in the supply of liquid filtration systems and are Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape distributors of Eaton Filtation products

The products in the Eaton range include the following:

• Bag filter housings - both stainless steel and plastic
• Filter bags - monofilament mesh and needlefelt and meltblown
• Cartridge filter housings - both stainless steel and plastic
• Cartridge filters - a range for every application
• Strainers - simplex,duplex ,automatic backflush

DUST (DRY) FILTRATION

Dawning Filters manufactures dust filter bags and chutes to customers specification.The media used includes polyester,polypropylene antistatic and nomex in both needlefelts and woven forms.
We also offer the above felts in a PTFE membrane finish.

MILLING MESHES AND ACCESSORIES

We distribute milling meshes and accessories on behalf of SAATITECH ,an Italian manufacturer, under their brand name SAATIMIL.Dawning carries a range of milling meshes in stock. We are able to manufacture to customers
specifications sifter sleeves,connector sleeves as well as dust filter bags for mills.

TECHNICAL FABRICS

Dawning Filters carries a range of technical fabrics which includes monofilament meshes,felts, woven fabrics and drying belts for the food industry and the textile industry.

DOMESTIC WATER FILTERS

We offer a range of Italian manufactured domestic water filters which includes both counter top and under counter filter units.
